Well, it only took us a week or two, but I think we’ve finally settled into 2012. We only write 2011 when we’re writing the date out about 25% of the time now. Baby steps!

The first couple weeks of January tend to be a time when video contests lay low, gathering the stength and waiting for the right moment to burst forth. So, while we haven’t seen an overwhelming avalanche of new contests over the past couple weeks, we know that it’s about to get crazy right around the corner. And there are still some great options out there.

Here are some of the highlights this week:
