Here are some of the highlights this week:

Biggest cash prize: $100,000 in the Amazon Studios Best Test Movie Award. Got a feature length movie on your hands? Make a test movie and you could win serious cash to bring your film to life.

Best non-cash prize: A $1000 Home Entertainment Center in the Show Us Your Happy Feet Video Contest. This one is geared towards families, so get together with your kids and make something fun!

Best trip: $10,000 to spend on a National Geographic Expedition of your choosing in The X PRIZE Foundation Exploration Video Contest. Show off your passion for exploration and you could win a wild vacation.

OVC’s Pick of the Week: Overall, our favorite contest this week is the Zappos ‘Celebrate the Art of Gifting’ Competition, powered by Zooppa. Just in time for the holidays, Zappos wants you to position their website as the go-to place for holiday shopping. While the turn-around on this contest is a bit short (Due Nov 18!), they are making it worth your while. The top video will earn a whopping $25,000 (that’ll buy a LOT of holiday gifts!), and runners-up videos will also be eligible for thousands of dollars.
